Pro Set Plasterboard are currently looking for an apprentice plasterer to join the team in the North Brisbane region. We specialise in all aspects of plastering and plaster repairs including renovations, commercial sites and new homes.
We are open to 1st, 2nd & 3rd year apprentice.
Working with qualified and skilled plasterers you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support.
Duties will involve:
- Use solid plastering tools and equipment
- Fix standard plasterboard wall and ceiling sheets
- Fix battens, wet area sheets, fibre cement board
- Prepare surfaces for plastering
- Apply basic levelling procedures
To be successful you will need to have the following:
Must have:
- Be a confident communicator
- A high level of attention to detail
- Motivated with a genuine interest in the plastering industry
- Be trustworthy and reliable
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous experience in plastering desirable
- A white card
- Car and licence
- Own tools
Within this role you will complete a plastering apprenticeship and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
