IM Carpentry has an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team.
We specialise in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking.
IM Carpentry provides a structured learning pathway for first-year apprentices up to our project managers, this includes performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.
We have a strong track record of staff retention beyond completion of Cert III and into senior management.
Further to this the business works largely in the education and government sectors therefore we can guarantee our apprentices will be extremely competent in the below areas as our projects generally include high volumes of each task:
- Structural timber framing: New builds and renovations
- Decking and pergolas
- External cladding
- Internal cladding and linings
- Door hanging
- Plan reading and project management
- Team leading and training
