Whether you’ve recently left school, looking for a career change or returning to the workforce, being an Early Childhood Trainee will really set you up for a fun and rewarding new career.
Being a trainee means working alongside experienced educators, learning on the job, and earning while you learn. You will attend a Gowrie class one day a week to complete your qualification (CHC0121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care) while you work at an early learning service close to home the other days (flexibility for part time or full time).
But that’s not all! To give you the best start in your new career, you will also be supported by a mentor at your early learning service who will be there to guide you and share their own experience. You will also be supported by Gowrie’s Facilitator who teaches your class and will ensure that you’re able to take what you learn and apply it in your work. You’ll be a part of a team of trainees all starting your new career together.
