Swallowtail Projects is a Brisbane based construction company specialising in renovations, extensions and new builds. We currently have an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified tradies in a supportive environment.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Some knowledge of the industry is preferable.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Intermediate maths and English knowledge.
- Any tertiary or TAFE subjects or courses completed that are related to carpentry.
- Willing to learn & work physically hard.
- Willing to spend time completing the required bookwork to complete the apprenticeship program.
- Previous work experience (building related would be great)
Preferred but not essential:
- Driver licence & Own car
- A white card
- Own work boots, sun protection and PPE
- Some own tools and tool belt
