Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a career in Business Administration? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a First Nations Business Trainee based in Hawthorn East.

About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

  • Provide customer service in person and via phone, including outbound calls, assisting customers with available services and documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Develop knowledge of relevant legislation, processes, and procedures while maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrate basic computer skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a good work ethic.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with others.
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check and Working with Childrens Check
