Built By Jill – Southern Adelaide works with female job seekers to place them into trades. The program gives participants:
- An introduction to construction skill set covering six modules, and a first aid course
- White Card training to promote an understanding of health and safety precautions that are required on a work site
- Foundation training covering job search skills, interview skills, communication, and teamwork, language, literacy and numeracy, industry insights, and budgeting
- Private mini-bus transportation for participants when required to attend the Elizabeth East training site and for construction site visits
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
