OBJECTIVES OF THE DIVISION
The Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) work as a team to support; the CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Management and various stakeholders to achieve the strategic direction and objectives of the organisation.
We facilitate and promote the successful operation of MEGT. The CEO's Office encourage the development, growth and progression of MEGT's people and systems ensuring compliance is maintained.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
MEGT are contracted by government departments and businesses to conduct employment programs and other services.
The Aged Care Potential Training Coordinator will co-ordinate and provide support to Aged Care providers who are enrolling their current and new staff through MEGT’s Micro-Credential programs in partnership with Aged & Community Services Australia (ACSA) and Powerhouse Hub.
A key responsibility of this position is to work closely with ACSA and Powerhouse Hub to ensure the staff that are enrolled onto the Micro-Credential courses complete them adequately.
The role will also be responsible for actively promoting and assisting Aged Care providers in the following regions to enrol and conduct the Micro-Credential courses that have been developed:

RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting to the SQW and Small Projects Manager, this role will develop relationships with all relevant internal MEGT divisions and external stakeholders including ACSA, PowerHouse Hub and Aged Care providers.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to organise and prioritise with excellent time management skills.

Experience within Government contracted employment services desirable.

Demonstrated experience with a wide range of learning technologies and applications for online training

Excellent problem solving, analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.

High-quality communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a diverse team, within the Division and across the organisation to support the Queensland delivery of the Aged Care potential contract
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Current driver licence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Take initiative based on direction from the SQW and Small Projects Manager to perform tasks and duties in relation to the operation of the Aged care Potential Program.

Analyse and evaluate data to respond to Government Department requests, queries, complaints, visits, and assessments.

Work closely with the SQW and Small Projects Manager to provide quality administration and customer service for the Aged Care potential Program, considering both current and future customer needs.

Assist in internal program training, communicating customer needs and expectations to internal stakeholders.

Assist with the facilitation of smooth, effective, engaging and compliant delivery of all programs.

Monitoring of Program Support emails and phone lines and ensure site requests and queries are being responded to effectively and in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all relevant program data is collected, collated and stored accurately in a timely and secure manner.

Provide accurate, professional and quality responses to all correspondence received within a timely manner.

Determine and prioritise stakeholder relationships to achieve stakeholder engagement targets set by the SQW and Small Projects Manager.

Adopt a customer-centric approach in all activities, measured by a high level of customer satisfaction received through feedback in line with customer satisfaction targets as agreed in collaboration with the SQW and Small Projects Manager.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
All staff are required to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of other personnel who may be affected by their conduct.
NATIONAL POLICE CHECK
This position is required to undertake a National Police Check prior to commencing employment. A State/Territory Working with Children or Working with Vulnerable People Check may also be required by any applicable State/Territory legislation. The National Police Check must be renewed every two years as a minimum.
