Go Build Renovation has an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team to work mainly in the eastern suburbs doing all aspects of home renovations. Previous experience in renovations is essential. Go Build is a licenced building company so you will learn all aspects of carpentry, as well as some other trades such as demolition, plastering, etc.
Safe and enjoyable work environment with a focus on quality work, a clean safe worksite and doing things right the first time with no short cuts that will teach you the correct way to build.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Be reliable and punctual
- Very keen to learn
- Have a basic knowledge of hand tools
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry
- Ability to get to and from work independently
Preferred but not essential:
- Driver licence & Own car
- A white card
- Completed a pre-apprenticeship
- Own tools
