MEGT, on behalf of our client, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join a dedicated gardening team. Our client is a small, family-owned and operated business established in 2021 with a passion for gardening. Their team consists of five crew members, including the Director, working on-site, along with two office staff providing support.

Specialising in garden maintenance for private homes, body corporate properties, aged care facilities, and real estate rental upkeep, they also prepare properties for sale and offer soft landscaping services. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces for a variety of clients.

About the role:

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

  • Carrying out routine garden maintenance, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and planting.
  • Maintaining the health and visual appeal of lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
  • Identifying and addressing pest infestations and plant diseases.
  • Keeping pathways clean and ensuring common areas remain well-maintained and presentable.

What we're looking for:

  • A keen interest in gaining qualifications in Parks and Gardens.
  • Capability to perform manual and physical tasks.
  • Punctual, dependable, and enthusiastic.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
