A well-established electrical services provider on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The team is committed to delivering high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while upholding the highest safety standards.


About the role:

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

  • Work on a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
  • Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of qualified electricians, with increasing responsibility as you progress.
  • Install and connect circuit breakers, transformers, switches, and other electrical components. Assist with data and communications cabling when required. Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Develop skills in fault-finding, wiring, and interpreting electrical schematics while ensuring compliance with Australian Electrical Standards.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, enhancing your technical expertise and leadership abilities as you advance in your apprenticeship.

What we're looking for:

  • Completion of 1st year (for 2nd-year applicants) or 2nd year (for 3rd-year applicants) of an electrical apprenticeship, with a basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, understanding of electrical components, circuits, and wiring, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to high-quality work and professionalism.
  • Awareness of WHS regulations, ability to diagnose and assist in resolving electrical issues, and precision in measuring, cutting, and installing electrical materials.
  • A valid Driver's Licence and vehicle, and white card
