Position: Trainee Dental Assistant – Full Time- Geelong

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring strict adherence to Infection Control and Work Health and Safety protocols is essential
- Assisting dentists and dental hygienists during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
- Welcoming and comforting patients, ensuring they feel at ease
- Processing dental X-rays
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating files
- Providing post-operative care instructions to patients
- Handling phone calls and some reception duties
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethics and a positive attitude towards others and receiving feedback
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with exceptional adaptability skills
- Basic computer literacy
