Cabinet Making Apprenticeship Opportunity
Inform Joinery is excited to announce we have an opportunity for a Cabinet Making apprenticeship position within our company. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent school leavers at our factory in Oakleigh South.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning to operate machines such as Edge Bander, Panel Saw and Blum Minipress Machine
- Learning to use Both powered and battery-operated hand tools.
- Learn to assemble cabinetry and install cabinetry hardware
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Complying with Work Health and Safety requirements
Standard Job Requirements:
- Physical fitness as lifting of materials as required
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to complete standard documents and calculations
Entry Level Requirements:
- A strong desire to start a successful career and obtain your qualification in this field
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Certificate 2, 3 or 4 in Cabinet Making, work experience, and hand tool skills would be an advantage
