Danlau Pest Control are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Trainee to join our growing family business in the Illawarra. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career in a hands-on, practical field.
As a trainee, you will be responsible for conducting pest control inspections and treatments, providing friendly and professional service to our customers, and ensuring the safety and comfort of local homes and businesses. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pest control inspections and treatments at residential and commercial properties

Identify, assess, and treat pest infestations
-
Provide excellent customer service, explaining treatment plans and prevention measures to clients

Complete required documentation and reporting

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Assist technicians with their duties while learning the skills of the trade through hands-on training
Requirements:

Must be over 18

Willingness to learn and complete industry certifications

A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service

A current Australian driver’s licence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

A passion for providing outstanding customer service

Physically fit and able to work in a variety of environments
Preferred but not essential:
