Paramount Building has an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team.
We specialise in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking for new builds or renovations. Our work is mainly high end homes that will demand high quality work which is great for an apprentices education.
Excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified trades in a supportive environment.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Be reliable and punctual
- Very keen to learn
- Have a basic knowledge of hand tools
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry
- Ability to get to and from work independently
- Car and drivers licence
Preferred but not essential:
- A white card
- Completed a pre-apprenticeship
- Own tools
