STEELIT PTY LTD has an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team.
We specialise in all aspects of construction including, carpentry work, steel framing, residential builds, concreting, retaining walls, shed, carports, patios, commercial/industrial builds, external cladding and decking.
An excellent opportunity to join our busy family run construction company and learn from a qualified builder in a supportive environment.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Be reliable and punctual
- Very keen to learn
- Have a basic knowledge of hand tools
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in construction
- Driver licence & own car. Sometimes a company car will need to be picked up from our business location carrying stock needed for the days work, driven to site at times by yourself.
- Full availability Monday to Friday, no weekend work.
- Pre-Apprenticeship would be an advantage, but not essential.
Essential:
- A white card
- Manual drivers licence, company cars are both manual.
- Available to work up to 37.5hrs per week from Monday to Friday.
