About Us: Apprenticeships Queensland is looking for a dedicated individual to continue their Cabinet Making Apprenticeship with our dynamic and busy host in Salisbury. Our host is looking for someone with previous installation experience or a desire to learn installation.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year as an apprentice Cabinet Maker (doing installation).
- Education: Up to date with all college requirements.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in workplace-level written and oral communication.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to complete standard documents and calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation
- Operate machines such as moulders, planers, and saws.
- Cut, plane, shape, and sand wood.
- Program and control CAD and CNC machines.
- Accurately assemble and package orders.
- Participate in quality inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Comply with WHS requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.
Entry Requirements:
- Completion of 1-4 years as a Cabinet Making Apprentice.
- Strong desire to complete your apprenticeship and obtain your qualification.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Car and licence are essential for this position.
