Royans Group based in Sandgate are currently looking for an Apprentice Panel Beater to join the team. Royans Group has grown to become the country’s largest commercial vehicle accident repairer with sixteen fully equipped repair facilities throughout Australia. This Apprenticeship is full time and attending TAFE to complete a Certificate 3 in Automotive - Body Repair. You will be working with qualified and highly skilled panel beaters, along with gaining valuable hands on experience, mentoring and support.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Repair vehicles, chassis, frame and associated components
- Remove and store vehicle body components
- Remove and replace major welded panels on vehicles
- Carry out spot welding
- Cleaning of the workshop
- Assisting tradesmen in all service areas
The successful candidate will:
- Be a confident communicator
- Motivated with a genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Be trustworthy and reliable
