We are a premium building company with an exciting opportunity for a 1st Year Carpentry Apprentice to join our team. This role offers the potential to grow within the industry, with the opportunity to progress into broader building responsibilities over time.
As we approach our 20th year in business, we are rebuilding our team while continuing to foster a supportive, flexible, and well-organised work environment. We operate across the Sydney region, specialising in renovations and extensions, as well as bespoke builds and restorations. We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual who is eager to learn and develop in the building trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with manual handling and demolition tasks
- Packing and unpacking tools
- Gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the building trade beyond carpentry
To be successful, you will need:
- Completed Year 12
- A current White Card
- A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Genuine interest in building, with enthusiasm and commitment to the trade
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
Preferred (but not essential):
- Own tools
