About the Role:

This traineeship offers hands-on experience to develop key skills, including:

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Managing Senior Financial Advisers' calendars and appointments
  • Preparing client reports
  • Organising filing systems for easy document retrieval
  • Maintaining a professional office environment
  • Supporting administrative tasks with accurate data entry

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional, friendly phone manner
  • Experience working with customers
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Motivation and eagerness to learn
