This role offers valuable hands-on experience while supporting the Apprenticeship and Traineeship team within the Student Administration and Library Services unit.

About the Role:
As a Business Trainee, you will play a key role in providing administrative and customer service support, including:

  • Assisting with onboarding and enrolment activities for apprentices and trainees.
  • Handling student inquiries via email, phone, and MS Teams.
  • Managing training documents and monitoring systems such as DocuSign.
  • Coordinating room bookings, absent notices, and audit processes.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A desire to build a career in administration.
  • A professional phone manner.
  • Time management skills.
  • A Working with Children Check (Essential).
  • A driver's license
