About the company:
Our client specialises in the design manufacture, installation and service of fire safety products. Located in Coffs Harbour, they offer the support and mentorship you need to succeed in your apprenticeship - APPLY NOW!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabling systems for fire alarms, security, and communication systems.
- Work alongside senior technicians to gain hands-on experience in cabling and network setups.
- Run and terminate cables, including fibre optic and copper cables, in accordance with safety and industry standards.
- Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to route and secure cables within buildings.
- Comply with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of cabling systems
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with team members and clients.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from more experienced technicians.
- Drivers Licence and Car
