About the Organisation: Our client is a well-established Queensland business with 29 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration services. Operating from Acacia Ridge, the skilled team provides expert mechanical services, specialising in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration solutions. With years of industry experience, they offer a comprehensive range of services, including installation, maintenance, and repair for both residential and commercial clients.
About the Role: As a Business Trainee, you'll develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in various administrative tasks, including:
- Handling general inquiries and providing assistance to staff and the public.
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Preparing documents and assisting with correspondence.
- Supporting the coordination of office operations and activities
About You: The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong customer service skills (desirable)
- Pleasant phone manner
- Holds a valid driver's licence and access to a car
- Able to pass a police check
- Resides within a 45-minute drive of Acacia Ridge
- Willing to commit to a 12-month traineeship
